The Dr.Leveritz was her Dr there an kept my friend comfortable an out of pain. They explained step by step how things would play out until my friend took her last breath. My great grandmother passed away a couple of months ago. This was where she took her last breath peacefully alongside of me, my mother and my grandmother on her 94th birthday.. I will just say that I really hate death and places like this but me and my family's experience here was positive. Granny's room was very clean and comfortable for not just her but for us her family. One nurse particularly stood out for us and I believe is now left and retired. (Vena) or (Vina). She bonded with my mother and I making some light during a really hard time for us. One final thing I will mention is that Granny's room had a couch and chair that both pulled out and could've been used to stay over night as well as your own bathroom inside the room incase you want to shower. They played soothing music on a channel on the TV in her room which I found to be upsetting but I can understand the calming or peaceful environment they were trying to set for those sleeping in their beds waiting to go meet the man upstairs.. This place is burned inside of my brain for eternity and I'm glad atleast it was a bearable experience for not just myself and family but really for my great grandmother! Thank you guys. 🙏🏽

I just wanna say thank you to all the people that helped to keep my grandmother comfortable in her last moments. She was only there for two days and she was surrounded by her family. I know that the people who work there, the doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and staff have a very sensitive job and family can be very nervous and not necessarily understand what’s going on. I know when I first got there, even after watching my father pass, everyone is different, the circumstances that brought you all to this point are different, so I had a few questions. I just want to thank all the people that were kind in answering those questions. Speaking slowly and explaining things to me in a very patient and loving way was exactly what I needed to better understand. Not everyone is able to really explain things and remain calm, and understand that you are really seeking to understand what’s happening rather than pushing back on them. Families can feel very nervous in these situations, it’s very important to take the ego out of it and explain things to people and meet them where they are in these moments, so that they can understand what’s about to happen to their family member, and I appreciate when people have the scope, confidence and experience to do so. We were able to be with my grandmother and have the room for ourselves and we would’ve been comfortable if my grandmother needed to take more time but I’m happy for her that she didn’t have to. She was 96 and a half, and it was her time. It seems like if you need hospice for a family member, I would trust this place, overall. It was clean, clearly laid out, accommodating, and staff checked in routinely. Thank you.
