If they want to stay in business I would suggest hiring a new receptionist. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude, not sure why he’d choose to work in this profession if he is going to complain about funeral requests. Would not recommend! Literally any other mortuary will be better.

November 2024. This is a very difficult time I lost my son. Rick made the process of answering heart felt questions easy and not so solemn like other funeral directors. RIck noticed I was starting to tear up and quickly handed me a box of tissue. He listened to my concerns about investigating detictivive who i have to contact as they are not asking questions about my sons death to anyone. I want an investigation. RlIck assured me he will let me know when he is able to pick up my son before picking him up. I need to know so I can see if detective finished investigation or is ignoring my request. Rick is very professional and a chrismatic man. Best of all lowest prices in Modesto, Thank you you Rick. I will post later on the return of my son and if Rick remembers to call before picking son up. Stay tuned for update. UPDATE: NOVEMBER 18,2024 Rick did not remeber to call me before picking up my son. I found out when I went to get his belongings that Rick called and was to pick him up at 1pm.
