Our mother passed away at the end of May. Working with Felisha at Franklin & Downs was such a blessing. She explained everything to me and made sure every detail was taken care of. She never rushed me and ensured that I had time to mourn my mom and honor her. This was my first experience with managing all the details after someone's death, I truly would recommend Franklin & Downs to anyone.

Our family is deeply grateful for the care and compassion we received during the cremation of our father. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the staff made a difficult time much more manageable through their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for our family. Nicole was especially outstanding. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient with us throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, kept our family informed every step of the way, and was always willing to answer questions with understanding and compassion. Her support provided comfort and reassurance when we needed it most. I would also like to recognize everyone who answered the phones. Every staff member we spoke with was courteous, compassionate, and respectful. No matter who we spoke to, we felt heard, supported, and treated with dignity. The entire team handled our father's cremation with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are sincerely thankful for the care they showed our father and our family during such a difficult time. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a funeral home that truly cares about the families they serve.

My family and I are incredibly grateful to Franklin & Downs for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during one of the most difficult times. A special thank you to Felicia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process. My father was transported out of state for burial at a National Cemetery, and Felicia coordinated all the arrangements. What meant the most was her communication and personal touch. She even texted us to let us know when our dad had safely arrived at the airport for transport. Felicia's compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to our family were truly exceptional. Franklin & Downs gave me the closure no one else could. My father passed in CA and I reside in FL. But because of Ashley and her team I was able to say my goodbyes and send him off with so much love. Being able to see him one last time was everything to me and I will carry that forever knowing I got to leave him with the love he gave me as a child. I sit here going through pictures with a comfort thanks to this funeral home and for that I am immeasurably grateful. Not just in how they handled the whole process but Ashley even remembered his TOPGUN play list. On behalf of our family, I want to express our sincere appreciation to Ashley and all of the Franklin & Downs team for their kindness and dedication to every aspect of our Dad's memorial service, and final internment at the National Cemetery. This was my first experience being directly involved in making the necessary decisions that follow the passing of a family member. Ashley was both kind and straightforward in answering all of my questions. As I live in another state and time zone, I especially appreciated her responsiveness whenever I called, and also her sending information via email that I could share with other family members, before making a decision.
