They take care of things, respond quickly. A little less hands on, but you are paying a better price than your traditional funeral home. I would recommend to friends and family.

The team at the Cremation Society was professional and caring during a very difficult time. Also, their pricing was very transparent with no addon charges after the fact. I hope you never need them, but this is a really good organization.

We chose CSM for cremation after gathering information from funeral homes in the Madison area. The total cost was less than half the cost at funeral homes and we found the CSM staff to be compassionate, straightforward and accommodating. Brooke and Rebekah were super. It was a very good experience at a difficult time.

We usted the Cremation Services. The staff were respectful yet efficient, helping at every step of the way, keeping us informed on the process without too many notifications.

I was very pleased with how fast everything took. As far as there person working in the office when I picked my package not friendly was more like I was bothering her even when I questioned if I was in the correct place. The listing says completely different name on it.
