I ordered some flowers for my daughter, but missed the morning cut-off for a confirmed same-day delivery by a few minutes. Ron contracted with another florist to ensure they were delivered on the same day. He followed up to make sure that they were received and that I was pleased with the arrangement since he hadn't done it himself. They were beautiful. But the customer service provided by Ron was exceptional!! I WILl be using this flower shop again for all of my future floral needs.

I placed my order around closing time (~3pm), but they called me first thing in the morning and the arrangement was delivered promptly (~noon). They originally thought they didn't have enough lillies for what I ordered, but even after finding enough they still threw in extra roses. Overall a great experience and would def order from them again!

Walked in today to get flowers for a few of my former Howard professors since I was in town. They came out beautifully. I didn’t have certain flowers in mind, just asked for something made with love! They incorporated blue and red roses which was so thoughtful — my professors really appreciated the bouquets and I had a great conversation with the owner while I waited for my order.

The nice person who took my order executed my requests perfectly. So friendly! And the flowers welcomed our new grandson beautifully! The arrangement exceeded my expectations! Thank you! (Photo attached was taken 10 days after delivery and the flowers still look fresh and pretty.)
