While the need for the services provided where regretted, the manner in which they were provided made our grief much easier to handle the entire process. If you have a need, these guys I would highly recommend. They are both caring and loving.

Des Moines Cremation did a wonderful job caring for my Dad and my family following his passing several weeks ago. All of his and my Mom’s arrangements were made and paid for years ago. Honestly, with costs up everywhere these days I was expecting another bill for services rendered but everything was honored as written years ago. My family greatly appreciated this along with them contacting Social Security and getting his remains and death certificate back to us so soon after his passing. They will also be a helping hand during my Dads Celebration of Life Ceremony in the near future. Kevin and Elizabeth have also followed up with me several times since his passing to check on how we were doing. I highly recommend Des Moines Cremation for these difficult times when a loved one has passed.

Such wonderful service was provided throughout the whole process. It can be challenging to get your mind wrapped around for planning ahead. They did such a wonderful job explaining the different options and made it not such a hard thing to do. When it came time to actually carry out the plans, Kevin was AMAZING! He was very respectful and compassionate, consistently provided excellent communication on what was going to occur and what the next steps were. He also was very open to questions and always responded in an extremely timely manner. He made this difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend using them for your pre-or post planning needs.

I am blown away by their thoughtfulness and support that has continued even after my dad’s passing. I greatly appreciate their exceptional level of service at such an affordable price.
