The staff was caring, helpful and timely. We had set things up on line, the process was straightforward. They were here when we called and did what was needed in conjunction with our Hospice team. I am grateful for their help.

Everyone at Simplify it was so very helpful in my family’s time of grief and loss. There was no attempt to upsell. They helped with the framework for the obituary. The people in the office were very helpful when it came to obtaining death certificates, notifying government offices, etc. When one person tried to post an inappropriate comment on the obituary, Shannon notified me and asked me if I wanted to allow it to be printed. I really appreciated all of the consideration that folks that Simplify gave us. They were willing to follow up and were gracious at every turn.

I can’t say enough about the compassionate, informative and timely information received by Simplify during our time of need. They were responsive to my questions without being judgmental. Jesse and Simplify were wonderful to work with in planning the cremation and with their follow-up afterwards. Jesse and his team completed all the associated notification tasks, worked with the out-of-state funeral home, and shipped the urn promptly. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and the genuine compassion they showed to my family.

Simplify funeral home was so kind and gracious to me and walked me through the whole process of grief and a very difficult time. The price was very reasonable especially with no insurance to help cover the cost. And they did a very little special request that I asked of them concerning my son and it truly meant a lot to me. Also after 3 weeks of my son’s passing they are still reaching out to me to check on me and my family and see if there is anything they can do to make this time easier for me.
