On behalf of my family, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support and care we received from the team at Covington Memorial. Losing my father, Al Figel, was incredibly difficult. The staff was compassionate and service-oriented. They took care of so many details for us, and walked us through the logistics that would otherwise have been overwhelming. They accommodated our service very well, were patient with my young children, and anticipated our needs… often taking care of things before we even thought to ask. Losing a loved one is a difficult time and nothing I would wish for anyone. But when the inevitable happens to your family, you can trust the Covington Memorial team to help you through the process.

Eric Vallow & Keith Ousley have been a pleasure to deal with during some difficult Family times. Their caring & compassion were greatly appreciated. Covington Memorial Gardens are fortunate to have such dedicated & professionals as part of Their great team of employees.

Big shoutout to Eric and Keith. We had to unexpectedly plan two funerals within a few weeks of one another, and the guys were very helpful during this difficult time. They were very thorough, answered all of our questions, and were very communicative throughout the process. The funeral serves and burials were exactly what our family wanted, and they were very respectful of our loved ones and family. On top of that, Eric and Keith went above and beyond, staying past their normal hours to meet with us, and even hand delivering documents on their way home, even when it might have been a bit of an inconvenience for them. Our family has to thank Covington Memorial for the thoughtful way everything was handled at our Mother’s viewing and funeral. Keith and Eric explained everything about the services and our options very well, and made what was a difficult process much easier. Covington Memorial was very accommodating to our wishes, and on the day, everything went smoothly, and relatives had many positive comments. We were allowed much freedom in setting the chapel up the way we wanted, and the transfer from the home to the gravesite was done quickly and efficiently. I also have a site at Covington, and know in the future I can trust things to be handled with the same care.

Keith was absolutely amazing during this whole process. Our family has been so stressed out, not knowing what to do. We lost our dad and it's just my sister and I trying to figure everything out. We never been through any of this before. Keith guided us through everything and couldn't have been more helpful to our family. I just wanted to let you guys know he truly took so much weight off of our shoulders. He made this whole experience so much easier. Thank you Keith from the bottom of our heart.
