Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Highland Park

Gave 2 stars because the lady I just spoke to was nice enough — flowers and personal things removed and thrown away with no notice. I understand if certain criteria were not met, but not even trying to contact the family to ask if we wanted the take home the flowers and flower holders and disposing of flowers right away was unprofessional. Not really sure why the garbage cans were taken away and we no longer have anywhere to throw away old flowers or garbage. Entire grounds are messy and trashed and I believe it’s because garbage cans were removed. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for items bought specifically for a grave site. If it’s not allowed a reminder would be nice so we can make necessary changes.

I'm glad I got my funeral paid for I don't have to have that to worry about anymore.. I know where I'm going to be buried and it's beside my wife and close to my parents.. my wife chose the location for both of us before she passed . I love highland Park cemetery it's a nice place..

My parents had completed pre-arrangement planning with Highland Park Cemetery many years ago and I was very pleased with their services at the time of my father's death. Because of that positive experience and my desire to be buried very close to my parents I also completed my pre-arrangement planning with Highland Park/Advantage the past few weeks. Meghan was knowledgeable and compassionate in reviewing my mother's future arrangements and also in assisting me to complete mine. My peace of mind is priceless that my children will not have to go through the process after my death that everything's been taken care of for them.

Advantage was extremely professional and helpful. They were very transparent about every cost. There were no surprises! The person assisting me, Ireland, was very informative but did not pressure me in any manner. I would highly recommend Advantage for your after death needs.
