Joe Mella has and continues to be a tremendous help to me in unraveling life’s myriad obstacles… both past and present. My initial skepticism from being new to therapy eventually faded when I saw myself making meaningful progress at a steady rate. A no nonsense, straight shooter that gets right to the heart of the matter. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
