Jonathan at McGuire Counseling is a huge blessing for all teenagers! This is true person from God and if your child can get to Jonathan it’s like winning a big lottery! Mike helped my son overcome many issues. I believe my sons recovery was because of Mikes support, understanding, and his ability to relate to what my son was going through. My son found him to be an inspiration and felt he had a good and trustworthy friend helping him through his journey. Through all of this, I finally have my son back. Mike McGuire is an excellent counselor/therapist. I chose him because of his specialties. I needed trauma as well as substance abuse counseling. Mike understands recovery as he has successfully applied the tools we are taught to live free of substance abuse. He pursued the education required to lead his clients to discover their own path to recovery. He taught me to recognize thinking patterns I needed to change to become healthy again. I always was comfortable working through my personal Issues while in therapy. I highly recommend Mike. I’m a mature adult but he also specializes in working with young adults. They will feel safe to openly deal with the issues that brought them to seek counseling.
