I can't thank the staff at Affinity Hospice enough for helping my dear mom transition peacefully. To Kayla, Kaylee, Tom & Robbie heartfelt thanks from me & my entire family-ya'll are amazing ❤️🙏🏻

Affinity palliative care of birmingham al is truly a joke!...my mom has been under their care since 3/3/26...and it has been just awful!...don't show up...don't call...but their salesperson who sold the idea to our family..whose name was Lindsey made it sound like it was so wonderful...and come to find out she is no longer available to even speak with...when they suppose to show up..and don't..they pretend as though they were there by submitting to you..a pic of the house front door...that more than likely was taken prior...this Chris Smith ..CEO will get we havea letter from me shortly...to explain in detail the runaround my family has experienced...don't sign up for this center...I don't know of the rest..but this one is terrible!!!..if my mom needed an iv today..or a bath today...or anything...she would've just needed it..no pt..as stated...schedule one day..say no it's tomorrow.. then tomorrow comes...and no show..no phone call...then act like..you have no reason to be upset..!!!..SEND YOU FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER...WITH NO RESULTS..IF YOU LOVE YOUR MOMS OR DADS OR ANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBER...DONT USE AFFINITY HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE OUR OF BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA..

My mom passed last October. During her time with Affinity Hospice, we were blessed with great caregivers, nurses and a wonderful chaplain. After she passed I was able to receive grief counseling for 13 months, which just ended this month! I really appreciate what they did for my mom and me!! I highly recommend them.

The Patient name was Unique Rasheed Jackson. I am his oldest sister and primary caregiver at his request. He suffered with Colon Cancer and Chemotherapy for 18 Months. His end of Life started with his Hospice Care nine days in the Hospital and three days at home with Affinity Hospice Care. I was so happy for the support for my Brother and Me. Everything we needed was provided and on time with professional and loving care from the medical equipment delivery man, the initial set up Nurse (at the house before the ambulance arrived), the assigned Nurse(educated me on how to do things when she is away), the bathing Nurse (gently and cautiously handle and cleaned him thoroughly), I likes the access to calling for concerns and direction even up to the call to announce his death (the Nurse was there immediately and helped carried his body out) and the very tender hearted Chaplain who came and prayed over my Brother and then with me and even attended my Brother’s Funeral. We got all we needed and more. I highly recommend Affinity Hospice and will gladly use their services again if ever needed. Forever Grateful,💯 Cynthia Woodfin-Kellum🙏♥️

I couldn’t be more thankful that this company was caring for my mother especially at the end of her life . My mother had Alzheimer’s and was bedridden for the past two and a half years . They were attentive to all of her needs and showed a level of genuine care that the previous company did not. She wasn’t just a means to collect from Medicare . She was treated like a human being that needed the utmost care . They were quick to respond even on the weekends and during the night . I was treated with such kindness and they were there for me as well , all the way to the very end. I will always be grateful for the nurses and staff at Affinity Hospice.
