Valley Insight Therapy

Jason Clawson was my therapist for nearly a year and has helped me work through some anxiety issues. I really enjoyed meeting with him, and found him to be personable and easy to talk with. He was very helpful in giving me some tools to use when I am in situations that used to trigger panic attacks. While I am not 100% immune to panic attacks, I feel like I am better able to cope with difficult circumstances. Eating out in busy, noisy restaurants, traveling by plane and dealing with congested airports, and meeting with family and friends in boisterous settings are all things I can do now that I couldn't do a year ago. I have really appreciated Jason's kind and caring manner, and the way he has followed up with me and my progress by texting me outside of appointments.

I loved working with Jason! He always made me feel comfortable and at ease, and he would ensure his counseling would fit my own comfort level and willingness. I couldn't recommend him any higher.

There aren't enough words to express the gratitude that I have for Jason. I lost my 40 year old daughter to breast cancer. She was my best friend and I didn't know how I was going to go on without her. I heard a podcast that Jason and his wife were on talking about the loss they both had in their lives and I immediately knew he was the therapist that I needed. Because of his experiences, he could connect to my feelings in a way that another therapist might not have been able to. He has helped me to move forward with my grief. He has given me the tools to help me cope and to understand that I'm not alone. I will always be grateful to him. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Jason is a great guy to have in your corner. He is so genuine, down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, and even funny. He really knows his stuff and is able to offer realistic and helpful coaching.
