I worked with a therapist at Sunrise Solutions for nearly two years and generally felt the therapy had been helpful. However, when some of the issues I had been working on resurfaced during a major family event, I reached out to see if I could be seen sooner than my next scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, I never received a response. During an already difficult moment, the lack of follow-up was disappointing and distressing. As a result, I decided to discontinue my sessions and seek care elsewhere.

The staff at Sunrise Solutions have always been attentive, professional, and communicative. They provide great support to my children as they have navigated divorce and challenges at school. We are so grateful for the help.
