Pyke & Associats was very helpful with doing my husband probate and doing my will. They were quick and did a good job. I would recommeded them for doing anything that you need done with your will or probate.

On October 3, 2025, I was provided the name of Herman Moncure an attorney that practices with the firm PYKE & ASSOCIATES, P.C. by a friend who is an attorney but does not do PROBATE or WILLS. My initial contact with this firm was by telephone and I was asked some basic personal information and informed that I would need to complete a document and submit it for review prior to meeting with the attorney. The initial face to face appointment was scheduled and my spouse and I met with the attorney an his Assistant, On October 13th, we signed a Legal Services Agreement and paid one-half of the agreed upon charges for the preparation of the appropriate estate planning documents. A few days later we were provided by mail, Draft copies of the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT PACKAGE to review prior to returning to the office for the processing of the final documents. On December 2, 2025, the signed originals and one set of copies of our individual Last Wills and Testaments, our Durable Power of Attorney, and our Combination Directives to Physicians / Medical Power of Attorney were provided to us. In addition we were given a letter Re: Asset Titling and Beneficiary Designation Recommendations that was reviewed with us. We paid the balance of the charges and returned home very satisfied with the process and the finished product. At no time during this process did I feel pressured or stressed and it was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. I have recommended this firm to my son who has recently remarried..
