AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have ZERO customer service. They’ve had our money for 5 months. Impossible to get a hold of them. Voicemail is full. If you go to their location, it is closed and says by appointment only with an additional phone number to reach them at. The phone number doesn’t work. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL. They take your money at one of your most vulnerable and heartbreaking times and never respond back.

Angela and Julee have been great! However, there is one fellow at the Phoenix office who should not work in customer service. I had a very bad experience with him.

Horrible customer service. I called in for a service 4 weeks ago (July 10) and was told I would be emailed a quote. Waited a week no email, called again. Told it would be emailed next day. No email. Called, got voicemail. Week later, still no call back. Called again yesterday left message. No call back. Went to the actual business. Explained my situation, phone rang. Clerk said excuse me. I fully expected him to take a phone message for a call back...20 minutes later I interrupted the clerk and reminded him that I was being helped first. He made a bunch of excuses, how "someone else" didn't get the quote to him...then I see the sheet, he had received the quote July 30.

Very good service, second headstone I've purchased here. Really good quality work. Salesperson very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend it highly when needed 👌

John was very personable and had a variety of options that were included in the price. He made me feel like family and he truly cared about what I looking for, locally owned and operated. Thank you John for helping me create a headstone for my parents.
