I went to this location. I spoke with Ms. Robin she went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. Due to our interaction I decided to purchase four plot for my husband and I and my in-laws. For our final resting place. If you go to this location please ask for Ms. Robin. She will take great care of you.

January 24, 2026 visited again with my immediate family. I still see trash on the property throughout the cemetery where people have paid lots of money for their loved ones to be buried in. The grass is brown and dried out. People headstones are still sunken in the dirt. People headstones are broken. I am tired of visiting my relatives at Forest Lawn and seen trash all throughout the property. The lawn is unkept. The amount of money that has been taking from families for a burial spot, to have headstones made and to store people remains. I'm not satisfied with the maintenance of the property.

Cecilia Hay was very helpful, understanding and caring during the process. She made things so much easier and better for myself and my siblings. We were provided with options to customize the grave marker for our mom. She listened to our opinions and had a special design created for us. Cecilia is very thorough, she followed up throughout the entire process and kept me informed about everything.

Chelsea, my first point of contact,, was very welcoming, and compassionate when I called. That initial conversation with her is what motivated me to physically stop by for a visit. Jenny, the office manager, sealed the deal with her friendly personality, her patience with me, and her willingness to answer ALL of my many questions. They made a very emotional experience, easy for me to handle. Very Appreciative Customer 🙏🏽
