Dean guided us through every step of the cremation services with true compassion and respect. We never felt rushed, and they handled all of the funeral arrangements flawlessly. I wish I could give more stars. Dean was amazing throughout the difficult time of dealing with the loss of my mom. He was so kind and patient, not only with me but my dad and our entire family. He took care things so our family could spend time with each other and celebrate my mom's life. Thank you, Dean!

My father recently passed away and Dean was with me from the start to finish. When he came to pick up my father and treated me and my mother with such compassion and care that we knew we had to go with him through the rest of the process. Our circumstances were not the best and Dean helped us through tight finances and crazy schedules in such a hard time. He made us feel like family and we never felt uncomfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Amazing director, amazing services, amazing person with a heart of gold! No matter what he will be there to take care of you and your loved ones! if I could give Dean 10 stars, I would, he was the most affordable in our area. However, he was also the most compassionate, most professional person that I could've found to deal with the unexpected death of our loved one. thank you Dean for everything you did for our family. I highly recommend West River funeral directors. he did all the paperwork, answered all of our questions, helped with the obituary, We chose cremation and we Brought our own urn, along with the small urns and jewelry pieces that he also filled for us He went above and beyond assisting our family during this difficult time.

From the moment I called Dean at 6:30AM on the day my son unexpectedly passed away to after the funeral and burial, Dean went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Dean handled every question and challenges we faced with such professionalism. He left no stone unturned and I am grateful I chose him to take care of my son and all the arrangements. His staff truly went above and beyond as well. My son's funeral was absolutely perfect and I give all the credit to West River Funeral Directors. Even through designing and ordering a monument and granite boots/hat, Dean was there every step of the way to ensure I was completely satisfied and that things were perfect, which they turned out to exceed my expectations!!!
