Ivy Park at Fullerton

I toured Ivy Park Fullerton twice with Jordan. Unfortunately, my parent's situation has changed and they no longer wanted to move. However Ivy Park Fullerton would have been a perfect fit, it is an amazing location with hiking trails steps away from the facility and it has an amazing comfortable feel to the facility. The staff was caring and I watched how they interacted with the residents and they had so much care in their heart.

I recently had the opportunity to visit my grandmother at Ivy Park Fullerton and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was evident. The staff members were not only professional but genuinely caring, taking the time to engage with residents and ensure everyone felt at home. The facility itself is well-maintained and offers a variety of living arrangements to suit different needs. The common areas are spacious and inviting, making it easy for residents to socialize and participate in activities. Speaking of activities, Matt and Rich offer a robust calendar filled with events ranging from arts and crafts to exercise classes, keeping residents engaged and active. One of the standout features is the dining experience. The meals are not only nutritious but also delicious, with a rotating menu that caters to various dietary restrictions. It was great to see residents enjoying their meals together, fostering a sense of community. Thank you, Chef Jose! Overall, I highly recommend Ivy Park Fullerton for anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive environment for their loved ones. It’s clear that the well-being of residents is a top priority, and I left feeling confident that they are in excellent hands.

Ivy Park is an amazing facility. We were nervous about placing my grandma at a memory care facility but those fears were diminished with the help of the staff and management. They helped my grandma feel right at home with treating her with care and kindness. Their facility is clean and kept up. They help engage the residents with various activities and helpful care. She never felt isolated or alone. I get health updates which helps ease our worries. So glad we chose Ivy Park over the other facilities.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff who genuinely care about the residents. The variety of delicious food options is impressive—there's something for everyone, and my parents rave about the meals every day! The activities offered are robust and engaging, ensuring that residents stay active and social. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, making it feel like a home rather than just a facility. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sunrise in Fullerton. The care my loved receives is top notch. From clean facilities, a variety of food, activities that are exciting and appropriate, to her personal care being excellent, we have been so pleased. My loved one is known and loved. Staff greet me by name when I visit. I get health updates and there is an app available that lets me know info quickly. It’s never easy to place a loved one in memory care, but Sunrise made the process as good as it can be. We’ve used another facility before and feel Sunrise is above and beyond. I think a large part of that is due to loving staff who see the residents as people and care for them accordingly.
