All Souls Cemetery and Funeral Center FD2286

I called and asked a question and was connected to very insensitive and rude woman. At times like this you would think there could be some type of emphathy or at least talk to people in a respectful way. It felt like I was being grilled by a detective. I would not recommend this cementary to anyone and if I could move my family I would.

My best friend was buried here a few years back had no issues until recently apparently it’s unacceptable to bring gifts to a lost loved one to celebrate their favorite holidays I will be reaching out to his parents to ask he be moved to a cemetery that cares about their buried guests….. such a shameful manager….

Just wish they would allow family members to keep flowers during our love ones birthdate for at least two weeks unless we want to have them remove sooner .If our love ones birthday ends up on the day flowers are removed it’s pretty sad if they end up tossed them out the next day or even the day after. It would make a big difference . Idea like picking up a flag with a stampeded date when okay to remove flowers. Also all wall facing rows she be able to have higher trees on the holidays. Also longer stem flowers . Her

I've been coming here for 34 years. Since I buried my husband. My mother-in-law is there with him. I have a grandma, an aunt and my husband's extended family also at this cemetery. To see all the changes happening, not for the better either. Some of the office staff (1 person) is very unsympathetic, I will have to deal with that soon. Something insensitive was said. No one should tolerate that. 😢

This was my first experience with choosing a burial spot for both my wife and mother-in-law. I had other family members and friends buried there. The cemetery is clean and well maintained. The advisor I had was very caring, knowledgeable, patient, organized, detailed and helpful. He answered all my questions and did not rush me. The cost of the cemetery expenses is what I expected. I highly recommend All Souls Cemetery to all my relatives and friends.
