It is extremely hard to work with Leo and whoever else works with customers here. I've been given so many empty promises of headstone proofs and have left 4 messages over the last couple weeks with no response from Leo. Either he's extremely overworked and needs help, or he just is terrible at his job. If you have a choice, do NOT choose this cemetery for your loved ones, unless you're willing to put up with the runaround while you grieve.

Both of my parents are at Queen of Heaven. Over all they take good care of the grounds etc. However, I'm disappointed that my parents chose a plot right by a bench in the center for two reasons.
1- Because having a bench rt there, family members would be able to sit for a period of time if they wished. &
2 - because there was a beautiful tree with shade beside the bench.
However, within the first yr or so that my mother whom passed first was buried, they had removed the tree! I know she would have been so disappointed!
I have also felt as though the employees are not as personable as they technically should be! I've worked in the field, and it takes a special person to do it, but if you can't show empathy, and respect to family members even yrs after there family members death, then you should not be employed in such a position! Period!
I'm sorry. I was raised strict Catholic. Put thru private schools. They worked so hard to provide an incredible childhood for us! My mother and father were two of the most amazing humans beings that still to this day, far and few between that I see whom could even come close!
I was one of 4 children adopted from all different families and nationalities! I couldn't have chosen better parents myself, they were so amazing! So the undescribable love, appreciation, and respect I hold for them, to say the least, I could not even put into words!
Regardless if any minor things, you are surrounded by an amazingly clean and well kept property with incredible views as well!
I am very grateful to Queen of Heaven for the beautiful atmosphere they have created
I love and miss you both more than words can say!

Extremely disappointed. I have left 4 messages and visited in person with a complaint and still waiting for a call back. This is the irrigation problem that has not been resolved for over 3 months. ONE YEAR later and the irrigation problem has not been fixed. Now they are blaming it on the city! They will take your name/number but you will not get a call back!

I gotta say that with as much money as a cemetery makes these days, the bathrooms here are horrible. Especially the women's bathroom. My wife had to use it today after a long drive to visit friends and family that are buried there. The use of the water hose after picking up all the dirty papers and trash would do wonders to the bathrooms. It is not like they only have one or two employees working the grounds and the office at the same time. Today, we saw about 10 workers outside and 4 in the office. I know that the tenants won't complain about the bathrooms (or anything else for that matter), but the visitors will.

We recently buried our father at Queen Heaven Cemetery (January 2024), paid for our niche for both of our parents and paid in full for the engraving and photo to be attached. Overall, we thought we were getting a good value, but we discovered we were wrong. It's been almost a year since our father's passing, during that time the service requested has been inadequate. We have been in constant communication with Leo, who originally promised the process for the engraving and photo would be completed no later than 6 months. We have periodically visited the site in person and have been in communication with Leo, but to this date, there has been no change in our father's niche. No engraving or photo. We keep getting the runaround and excuses for why this has not been completed. During our last in-person visit, Leo told my mother and me that the engraving would be completed no later than the end of November 2024 and the photo attached by the end of December 2024. No change has been made. My brother has been in contact with Leo via phone and by email. However, Leo keeps giving excuses with no results. It's been nearly a year since my father was cremated and transferred to the Queen of Heaven. Last we heard, the photo, which was approved threes won’t be available until next year. This is the worst service. We don’t need to have to undergo any additional turmoil since my father’s passing. We have had to report this to the Cemetery and Funeral Bureau. If we don’t get this addressed soon, we may have to take legal action.
