From start to finish, she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain all the options, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. This isn’t an easy thing to plan, but Abigail handled everything with genuine care and respect, which made a difficult decision feel much more manageable. She was patient, never pushy, and truly focused on helping me find what was right for my family.
