The entire process was very well explained and with great empathy. We never felt rushed or pressured into anything. They accommodated all of my families requests. Greg was very supportive and professional with us during our loss.

The staff was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. This included navigating changes, many emotions, and the various services involved. It was truly a positive experience working with Maddi on the cemetery side and Justin on the mortuary side—we are very grateful. Pricing was always transparent and clearly communicated. The only aspect that could have been a bit smoother was having the opportunity to speak directly with the headstone mason for certain discussions & input. That said, we were strongly encouraged through emails to a middle person at the cemetery, to be very specific in our requests, which that part was met. We have used Wasatch Lawns for other loved ones in the past and have consistently had good experiences. Our family also enjoys the Christmas activities they host each year.

We recently entrusted the care of my husband, who passed away at 95 years old, to Justin Welker and the Wasatch Lawn team. I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassion and dignity shown throughout the entire process. During such a difficult and emotional time, he treated our family with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. Justin took the time to listen to our wishes and truly honored my husband’s wishes in every detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled beautifully and thoughtfully. It meant so much to our family that our husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather looked like himself, allowing us to remember him just as he was. We are also incredibly grateful for Karli and Camille, who helped with the funeral and were amazing throughout the entire service. They went above and beyond, offering kindness, care, and attention to detail that made the day feel seamless and truly special. Their professionalism, compassion, and heartfelt care made all the difference during a time of loss. Our recent experience with Wasatch Lawn was exceptional. Janika and Maddison helped us through the process and were both professional, kind, and caring throughout all of our interactions with them. They were quick to respond when we needed changes to be made and went above and beyond in their care for both our mom and for us as the family.
