Unprofessional Front Desk and Concerning Communication Gaps The receptionist and front-desk staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, and deeply unprofessional. Instead of managing patient care needs, they prefer to stand around gossiping and laughing. More alarmingly, they routinely ignore or mishandle urgent incoming calls from healthcare providers who need vital patient histories for residents being admitted to the hospital. This level of laziness and neglect isn't just unprofessional—it’s a direct risk to patient safety.

We recently had to place a loved one into Alaris with dementia. I have had experience in the past with other facilities around the country but none compare to the wonderful, loving, caring oversight and help Alaris is providing for our dear friend. They are angels. I highly recommend their facility.

I was very saddened when I saw a friend that I visit on the weekends with a towel underneath her and her legs uncovered. Seems the aid left her without taking care of her first. In addition her room smelled. It is very cruel of aids not to take care of the residents with kindness and compassion. They should be working somewhere else.

It's consistently a delightful environment where your loved one receives attentive care. I've frequented this place many times to visit my dad. He enjoys a private room, and our time together is always enjoyable. Ma'tai, one of the staff members, is consistently helpful and even allows my dad to accompany me downstairs to bid farewell. If you're considering this place for your loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's not just about perfection, but about fostering connections. I'm also thrilled that we have the opportunity to sign out my dad for the day and spend it riding the ferry and maybe enjoying dinner too!

I was lucky enough to move my mom here over a year ago. While other places might look good in an initial visit I have learned that the quality of the entire staff and their caring and compassion is the most important thing. Her aides literally do a better job than I could. I am grateful every day that mom is getting such great care.
