do not bring your loved ones here. no communication, they do not respond to any emails. Save yourself a headache and do not give them your money.

my mom lives here and she says that every year they raise the rent. Most of the people that live here dont have much money to begin with, and they have the audacity to raise the rent. Also, my mom says that the building manager is extremely rude to her when she goes to pay the rent and anytime she has a question to ask.

My parents live in this building and the security and management (LISA is her name) are very disrespectful and discriminative they have an outrageous policy that when entering the building if your not medical services, professional assistance services or delivery guy you do not need to show identification but if you're family visiting and have been granted access to the building by family members living in the building you would have to show identification. I believe this policy is absurd and its violating my civil rights they have no authority to demand my identification I’m not entering a plane or entering a secured building or committed a crime I’m just visiting my elderly parents to drop off food. I will follow up with the Jersey City housing authority to raise a complaint regarding this matter people should not be discriminated against just because they’re wearing a hoody if I was wearing a fancy suit management would of not asked for an ID. After arguing my case they said I could visit my family but for 2 minutes only! If you want to do the right thing ask everyone for an ID DONT DISCRIMINATE.

My mom died October 15th 2019. My Siblings and I rented a uhaul van to remove her things. The things that needed to be done away with, I spoke to a woman in the office along with a gentleman to see what I should do with them. The gentleman told me he will take it out and let the big mouths of the building know and he would allow them to take what they wanted. What they didn't want he would handle it. AMD I returned the keys on friday still October. When I spoke to Lisa for her security deposit of.my moms. She told me I didn't give her a 30day notice of removing her things. This sounds really fishy and crooked.. so I will be seeing a lawyer to find out the truth.. so dont die here and dont inform them 30days if you dying or you will not get your security back!
