Jessica Lin Counseling & Hypnotherapy

This is a very overdue review. About a year or so ago, i had gotten into a horrific car accident that should have taken my life, but it instead took my career from me. This event had shown me lows that i had never knew existed within me. Struggling horribly with my issues made me consult a friend who then referred me to Jessica Lin. I have never done hypnotherapy before but all i knew is that it would be impossible for me to speak to a therapist without the right “conditions” to make me comfortable. Jessica was extremely accommodating and very respectful even when i felt my emotions made me sound, what i thought, extreme. The very first session i had so many break throughs it was so incredible to finally feel some of the weight lifted off my chest. The relief i felt was unimaginable. I will admit that the healing process is never a linear process, that being said i did have my own struggles but i honestly do not know if i could have crawled out of the mental hole life had me buried in with out the help of Jessica. I waited a few months to write this review to be sure i knew what i wanted to say. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of therapy. There was never a moment where i did not feel safe talking about whats in my mind and it was the first time ive done it in my life. I am very grateful for having the privilege of working with Jessica especially because of the results that ive seen since.

Jessica Lin was a key factor in helping me clear blocks that I've carried inside of myself and my body for decades that psychotherapy was not able to touch. She entered my life at precisely the right time and is a huge part of my spiritual journey. She helped me understand myself and the world around me more clearly. She is truly a gift on this earth, you can feel it deep in your soul. She redefines what it means to have an unconditional loving connection with another human being. Her dedication and passion to her profession is inspiring and she makes me want to be a better human. You meet certain people along the way that change your life forever....she is one of them! Highly recommended!!

I've been seeing Jennifer since July. I've been seeing therapists for 20 years, since my mid teens, and I have never had such a positive response to therapy. The hypnotherapy is the most incredible experience and such a wonderful tool I never even knew existed. I made more progress in my mental and physical health in the first month alone than I ever have in 20 years. I'm in a better place now than ever before and I don't plan on ever discontinuing my therapy with her. I recommend her to absolutely everyone!
