Mount Auburn Funeral Home & Cemetery

Mount Auburn is our preferred cemetery as our parents and grandparents are buried there. Our beloved brother recently was laid to rest there as well. Angie was a great help in assisting us with all the details. We really appreciate her assistance.

As I called Veronica, she was so compassionate. She was knowledgeable, ensuring me the details that are required and what we should do as a family to complete all the documented that are necessary. Thank you, Veronica. You have a big heart on a day that I needed a tender voice.

We waited with a line of cars behind the hearse for over 30 minutes to go to the grave site to bury my mom. Called when we were leaving funeral home and they said they would be waiting and they were not. Very unprofessional. Todd who finally came to lead the hearse was very rude to the funeral director and members of our family. If I could give zero stars, I would. Would not recommend again using any services from Mount Auburn.

During such a difficult and emotional time, their team approached every step with genuine gentleness and care. We truly appreciated that we never felt rushed or pressured while making arrangements for our mother. James and Carmen were phenomenal, both incredibly supportive, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. From our very first call, we were met with compassion. Veronica greeted us with such kindness and understanding. She recognized how challenging this moment was for our family and showed great patience as we asked questions and explored our options. Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication made an incredibly hard time just a little bit easier, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

The hours should be updated I came after work and after school and a 1.5+ hour commute to celebrate my dads birthday thinking I could but the cemetery was closed even though the hours online say they’re open
