I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last May. In June had surgery and then started chemo. Great bill of health by the end of the year. Cancer free. My insurance co-pays had really added up during this time, but manageable. Then in January I was started on a very expensive medication for maintenance. There was no possible way that I could afford this. Then the PAN Foundation stepped in after paperwork (diagnosis and other pertinent info) was provided to them by my oncologist office. I am extremely grateful. Thank you PAN Foundation!

The PAN Foundation has helped pay for my Multiple Sclerosis injection medication several times. I am at the medicare age and unfortunately even though I have part D assistance for medication it only covers a tiny fraction of the thousands this drug costs. I could never have afforded it if PAN had not approved grants which left me with zero copays. I just received an email today that my balance left from the grant is very low so I asked to be put on the list to be notified when funds open again for my disease. In the past I just had to call to renew when funds ran out and PAN would automatically meet my needs. This is not the case this time possibly more people with MS are being helped with grants or funding is low. In any case I am forever grateful for the help I have received.

My husband was diagnosed with Hepatitis C, after giving blood for my surgery. The cost for medication was over $9,000, for the 90 day treatment. I was referred to the PAN
Foundation by the company that made the drug. I was panicked. We couldn't afford this medication. PAN
was the best thing that happened. You have to qualify, they ask a few questions. After the approval came, PAN paid the entire amount of the medication. PAN was professional and kind. The process was so easy.
My husband is now Hep C free. They checked on him throughout the process.
I highly recommend THE PAN Foundation. They made a highly stressful situation so easy.

The PAN foundation has been a blessing for me. I moved to Las Vegas Nevada to access the services at Cleveland clinic for Parkinson’s disease. They were helpful in recommending treatments. Some of the treatment took more money to pay for-than I had available. It was recommended that I apply to the PAN Foundation to an assist in paying for these medication’s. I applied and was awarded a grant, and I have renewed several times to continue paying for the medication costs that insurance does not cover. The PAN Foundation

Pan Foundation has been helping me for over 3 years now. I would not be able to purchase my cancer drug without the foundations help. I have a rare cancer and they have helped me all the years I have been on a certain drug. Thank you, Pan Foundation!
