Kenny was wonderful and so nice. Nicole was quick to arrive at the hospital and get things going. My complaint is the after care portion. I have been waiting over a month with multiple calls to AseraCare for items to be picked up because the initial person didn't take them with him. The care shouldn't end at death! The family is devastated after a loss and shouldn't have to argue for a month to get a morphine pump and oxygen tank (that can be dangerous) to be picked up.

I just want to say thank you for the team support for my husband Hitoshi. Social worker Connie, I can’t find enough words to thank her for her big support and understanding and knowledgeable suggestions for me, too. I lost my mom this April. I was devastated. Without Connie’s support, I am not sure how I am now.
RN nurse Lisa, she has been one of special gift for my family as well as other support members during this difficult time. Sometimes I get very cranky while I am caring uncertain condition husband. But Lisa, her friendly good nature give us a smile, energy to live for tomorrow. Hitoshi, sometimes he can not respond nicely, because his condition, but Lisa is very patiently taking care of him well and I appreciate her professionalism. I think both Connie and Lisa’s professionalism is reflected from their life experience which is so precious.
And I really want to thank to Aseracare Hospice to choose such a wonderful professional ladies for my husband and me.
I hope l and Hitoshi can have these wonderful ladies until his last moment. I really wish they are with us at the time.

I had the privilege of witnessing an amazing remembrance ceremony that AseraCare in Carmel held at Sycamore Village in Kokomo. Not only do they provide exceptional care for their patients, but they also take care of the families after their loved ones pass in a healing manner. So many individuals lost their lives during the height of the Covid outbreak and this was such way to remember them in the nursing home. Thank you to all of different individuals who care for their patients through their hospice services.

Aseracare Hospice provided me and my family with a comforting presence and support when we needed it the most. My grandma could not comprehend the seriousness of Grandpa Wes's poor prognosis.
Carrie and the other amazing staff provided invaluable education that helped grandma and the other family members have a better understanding of the process. We will ever be grateful to the team and feel a special bond with every single person that we interacted with from AseraCare.
We would recommend Aseracare to anyone that needs end of life support. Grandpa Wes passed peacefully at home with our family next to him.
Although, we will miss grandpa, we are at peace knowing that he is in heaven and he went there so peacefully.

My Uncle Roy was a patient a few months ago.
My family and I are forever grateful for the care and the time our team took with us at the end of his life.
He was a veteran of the Army and very patriotic.
Aseracare honored him by having a pinning ceremony with all of my family present.
We will always remember and cherish his last weeks on earth thanks to this teams love and support.
