I had the pleasure of having Joshua as my counselor through BetterHelp counseling services for nearly 3 months. He quickly created a safe and comfortable environment for me to be able to share past experiences, current feelings and emotions, all while providing excellent guidance, concern and comfort, when necessary. If I ever need to return to counseling for life changes and my overall mental health, I wouldn't think twice about it... I would go to Joshua again! Josh was a life saver for my son and our family. He gave us back our fun loving child. He took the time to get to know his concerns, what was driving his depression and worked with him to build himself back up. Josh was open and really gave my son valuable options and strategies just before starting junior high. He was prepared to take on some of the toughest years of transition from elementary to middle school. Josh kept the lines of communication open with us as parents and best of all... my son knows he has a trusted male figure (besides his family) to talk to.
