Long before planning our own wedding, I had the pleasure of experiencing Get Plated at several events and each time, I was blown away. So when it came time for our big day, choosing them as our caterer was an easy and confident decision. Get Plated offers an impressive variety of menu options, and we were especially impressed by our custom tasting experience. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Even a month after our wedding, guests are still raving about how incredible the food was. Portion sizes were generous, everything was served warm, and the quality was consistent across every course. Our cocktail hour was a standout! The mini crab cakes were a favorite among our guests. The salads were fresh, vibrant, and flavorful. For dinner, we served: Arcadian Greens & Goat Cheese Salad, Dijon Honey Salmon, and Orange Teriyaki Glazed Short Ribs. Each entrée was beautifully cooked, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the flavors. The signature drinks were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. On the wedding day, the Get Plated staff was exceptional. Professional, friendly, and incredibly timely with service. The attendants assigned to the bride and groom were especially kind, ensuring we were fed, cared for, and able to enjoy every moment without worry. Get Plated exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend them and would choose them again and again for any special occasion.

Get Plated Caterer / Retirement Party Pros: The food received numerous compliments. The on-site catering staff was courteous, attentive, and professional. Cons: Poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and unresolved issues. When searching for a caterer for my retirement party, Get Plated came recommended by the venue as a company capable of bringing my vision to life. My initial interactions were promising—when I first reached out, I spoke with Alexandria (owner), who was responsive. I also appreciated their Instagram presence, which showcased presentation and styling that matched the aesthetic I had in mind. Unfortunately, while the beginning of the process showed promise, the experience deteriorated significantly after the contract was signed. Communication became inconsistent and often nonexistent. I had to initiate all follow-ups and send multiple emails just to receive basic information in the lead-up to the event. Even with repeated attempts to connect, responses were delayed or did not come at all. There was also no follow-up after the event to ask how things went. I had several concerns and unresolved details that I wanted to discuss. Although I eventually received a call from Alexandria and she said she would follow up, I never heard back—despite reaching out again. The lack of communication, failure to follow through, and overall disregard for post-event feedback left me feeling both ignored and disrespected. This was especially disheartening given the personal significance of the event and the financial investment involved. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime celebration was overshadowed by frustration and disappointment. I regret selecting Get Plated for such an important milestone.

We have not solidified our date fully so I can't attest to the service of everything. But my daughters planner, Skye has been phenomonal. She did a 30 minute call with us and talked to my daughter and her fiance for 10 minutes about their love story. I first thought it was a cheesy sale tactic but upon opening the proposal I was in shock, all those notes she used to tie in their love story with the food. Hopefully we finalize a venue and date soon so we can move forward.

We used Get Plated to cater our wedding, and we are so happy we did! The food and drinks at our tasting were so delicious and personalized I was afraid of how it would stand up at the wedding since it was a much larger operation, but they knocked it out of the park again. So many guests came over to gush about how good the food was at every point in the night. They even helped us incorporate our couple's signature drink that we made up on our own into the bar options.

Honestly, where do I start? My wedding day wouldn't have been as incredible were it not for Madee and the Get Plated Catering team. From the time we reached out (even before we had a contract signed) GPC provided a pleasant, friendly, and professional experience. The tasting which we did with Tim was incredible and from there Madee was extremely accommodating with the many changes we made along the way as we tried to perfect our menu. On the day of, the set up of everything through Select Event Rentals was beautiful and the service throughout, from cocktail hour to our seated dinner was perfect. As a couple who planned everything on our own, Madee made it so easy and I was just as happy to see her there on the day as I was to see just about anyone else. It's been a few weeks since and I still have guests telling me how incredible the food was! That's a 5-star win in my book. I would recommend them to anyone for literally any event. I am already thinking about making an excuse to book them again!
