William Howard Taft dedicated his life to pubic service and is most famous for serving as the President of the US and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. He is the only person to have held both offices.

Scenic and serine setting for a former president and chief justice of the supreme court. Beautiful example of an art deco grave stone.

Well designed grave. Somewhat of a shame it’s overshadowed by JFK. Interesting note here is that Arlington is the only cemetery where both major party candidates are buried. Williams Jennings Bryant and William Howard Taft.
