Mrs. Lilia Arrevalo went above and beyond her duties and responsibilities to ensure that my brothers services were provided in a very professional, detailed, and caring manner. If it wasnt for Lilia my brothers services would have been delayed and a lot of family would have not been able to attend his services; once Lilia was aware of the horrendous treatment and situation my family and I were experiencing over at Forest Lawn Cypress she absorbed all the negativity and problems to only provide positivity and solutions. Lilia is literally a miracle worker and unbeknownst to me she very graciously provided high end pastries from when all she informed that she would provide some Danish pastries to our family and guests. One of the guests was the one that pointed out that Lilia had been seen providing these very special treats. At a time when customer service and professional is nonexistent in most businesses, my family and I, are most thankful to Lilia for being the calm and shelter in the storm we had to face all due to her extreme efforts with excellent results. We are all so thankful and I especially will always be in her debt for what she has done for my family since the time with my moms services to now with my brothers services that I mention again she didn't have to get, so involved, but she she did and for that she has my complete trust. You have a rare jewel in your organization that over deliveres and over performs. We are all blessed to have met her and we recommend everyone go see her for preplanning.

Everyone at Funeraria Del Angel was extremely helpful, caring and nurturing during my mother’s services and the planning stages. From Karina helping me with the details on transporting her body from Florida to California to Marisol assisting me with all the details for her funeral services to Daniel and Jessica who were there on the night of Friday, March 13 during her services. They also attended the burial site and were so helpful with delivery of the flowers and all the other items. Their kindness and helpfulness were such a blessing to our family. The attention to detail with my mother’s body assured that she looked beautiful and as if she was asleep. I am extremely grateful to Funeraria Del Angel for their excellent service.

Everything was consistently clean and well-maintained. All the rooms were so well cleaned & spacious. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marisol and Daniel. I just have to say! Thank you all for you Amazing work, Despite the sadness the team was so attentive, polite, friendly Jessica & Daniel took care of my guests like if they were family!!! They were all over the place making sure I was doing good. I have no words to describe to much I appreciated that! Thank you all.. When my mother passed away, I didn’t know who to call or what to do. Late that night, I contacted several funeral homes, but when I reached Funeraria Del Angel and spoke with Lilia, I immediately felt a sense of comfort and care. Even though I mentioned that I was still inquiring with other places, she took the time to guide me patiently through every step and offered sincere advice without expecting anything in return. Out of all the funeral homes I called, Lilia was the one who showed genuine compassion and willingness to help, even before I made a decision. I’m also very thankful to the other staff — Daniel, Jessica, Karina, and Marisol — for their support and kindness throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with such professionalism and warmth. A special thank you to Daniel for helping me donate my mom’s flowers to the church and for personally delivering them — that thoughtful gesture meant so much. I truly appreciated that everything — the chapel, the reception, and all the arrangements — was in one place. When my mom was in the hospital, she was moved back and forth often, and I didn’t want that for her after she passed. Finding Funeraria Del Angel brought me peace, knowing she could stay in one place surrounded by care and respect. Everyone who attended the viewing complimented how beautiful everything was — the chapel, the setup, and the atmosphere. It was a heartfelt, peaceful, and memorable service.
