All Things New Clinical Services

My mate and I hit a rough patch as most couples do. We were well on our way to ending our long relationship without putting in the real work. With the help of our 😇 DD she not only guided us through the roughness, she helped us get to a place that I only envisioned in fairytales. I am happy to say I am married and smack dab in the middle of my happily ever after. I just want to thank the whole staff of this place for the professionalism and education I experienced and look forward to continuing my experience here.

The most triggering and unprofessional experience. I was ignored/ghosted by the therapist I was supposed to be seeing several times. She promised to send over several resources for other care and never sent them over. The therapist did not properly communicate their policies nor apologize for giving no response. My questions and feelings were ignored and I only had 1 session. This is a very uncommunicative and unprofessional practice.
