24 white roses, beautifully arranged, and timely delivered to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We could not be happier. These are good folks to help with important occasions.

Disappointed with my experience at Flowers & Plants Etc. I visited their website before calling to place a pick-up order, and I have to say — the marketing photos are very misleading. The actual size of the flowers and accessories, including the teddy bears, looks significantly larger online than what you actually receive. To make matters worse, one of the teddy bear listings shows a photo of three bears together, which easily gives the impression that one order includes all three. It does not. When I called to place my order, I specifically confirmed I wanted the white teddy bear. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the manager handed me a different color and insisted that was what I ordered. I asked to see the order sheet — and sure enough, the color was never even noted. It felt like they were simply trying to offload a color they couldn't sell. On top of all this, the prices are very steep for the size of the flowers you actually receive. I expected better quality and transparency for what they charge. I would not recommend ordering without seeing the product in person first.

When I picked up the bouquet, I expressed that I didn’t like the color and asked if it could be adjusted. I wasn’t expecting a full remake, just some effort or guidance, but I felt completely dismissed and like my concern didn’t matter. The lady at the front desk said it would take too long. I ended up fixing it myself in less than 20 minutes.I expected a more helpful and customer-focused approach.

From start to finish my experience with Lee’s Flower Shop was amazing. They timely delivered the most beautiful arrangement for a homegoing service and included a follow-up notification of delivery, it was perfect. The arrangement looked exactly like the arrangement ordered online. I will definitely be using this florist again.

Was able to walk in and get a gorgeous, reasonably priced bouquet the evening before valentines day. Their ready-made bouquets are all attractive and the flowers are very fresh (not one wilted petal on the bouquet I bought). The person who helped me pick out a bouquet and packaged it up was friendly and helpful, even with the holiday rush going on.
