I want to thank Crestview Funeral Home for assisting us with the flawless funeral service that they provided for my father Alejandro Oviedo. Your FH Director, Ms. Alma, is so kind, professional, and just endearing to my family who were (and still are) mourning my father's passing. I ran into an issue with the out-of-town FH that assisted my family with the transfer of my dad into El Paso (home) from another city. The other funeral home (NOT Crestview) basically refused to help me with an erroneous bill that was created from a pre-planed contract. They practically forced Crestview FH to help me with the entire situation (correcting an erroneous balance along with processing two refunds) as well. I believe that the entire situation could have and should have been corrected and made right by the initial funeral home that assisted us in transferring my dad. After all, we made the attempt to ask them for assistance first and in-person, while mourning my father. Instead we felt ignored, forgotten, and were passed around. Long story short, if it wasn't for Ms. Alma, Crestview Funeral Home Director and Ms. Andrea, Crestview FH Office Manager, I strongly believe I would still be running in circles trying to sort everything out. January 2026 was a very sad and difficult start to the year for my siblings and me. On January 2, 2026, we lost our mother, and just 15 days later, on January 17, 2026, we lost our father. Our hearts were completely broken.
