Lisa Swann is an excellent counsellor! Her communication skills greatly assist in her understanding of my specific emotional situation. She has already begun providing me with techniques that aid in overcoming my current emotional obstacles.

They made schedule an appointment to fill my accommodations form, at the appointment the provider said that he wants me to email the forms which I did. The provider didnt fill out the forms by the deadline and they asked me to schedule another appointment which I did but I had an emergency due to which I missed my appointment and they charged me a fee of $135.00. The provider that I had couldnt even speak proper English, provided very little support.

Was unable to do the session online due to incompatibility of my devises. Has to be rescheduled to in person

Run away from this company!!! Super unorganized and shady!!! We had a standing apointment with our therapist, link wouldn't work and it wouldn't let us log into the account( i provided screenshot proof) so we got charged a no show of $130 because there were technical issues on their side! Then the theapist changed our standing time to a time where my child is still in school and didn't let us know! So explain to me how I am supposed to show up for that if i've had no notification!

Jessica Lee is a phenomenal counselor and consummate professional with exemplary listening skills and sage insight. Would recommend strongly and without reservation to anyone seeking services!
