Grane Hospice Care - King of Prussia

Sincere appreciation for this hospice. Working in hospice for over 7 years, this hospice was the most caring and responsive team I could’ve asked for while taking care of our mother. From the admission, to their on call services, leadership team and routine care were all top notch. The nurses and aides provided outstanding care and were always assessable to answer any questions we had. They ensured all equipment and medications were in place and just were so responsive to our needs. They are the Medicare standard for hospice care and should be recognized. Thank you again.

Grane Hospice, King of Prussia, is an outstanding organization consisting of a caring, kind and professional staff. Both my parents were under the care of Grane Hospice and they were treated with considerate and excellent care throughout their journeys, always being treated with dignity and respect of their personal needs. Their regular nurse, Rachel D. was phenomenal and kept me informed after every visit with each parent. All of the nursing staff were remarkable. The Social Workers were hands on with my parents and with me as was Pastor Dave. Every call to Grane was handled promptly and professionally. Grane Hospice is not only there to provide excellent care to your loved one(s), but to extend to you the guidance and services that will help you cope at a very delicate time for all. I cannot give enough praise, respect and genuine appreciation to each and every single person from Grane that was by my side on my parents' journeys home and the extended time leading up to those moments.

I highly recommend Grane Hospice. My mother was in hospice care under Grane for a year. I received phone calls multiple times per week from their nurses, their pastor and from their social worker. I got to know each of them. They were all magnificent in their attention to detail and their comforting words. They all provided chearfullness and warmth throught the entire time. My mother enjoyed all of the visits she received from them. Initially, we had another hospice organization involved. We were not happy with their service. There was a huge difference once Grane took over in both attention given to my mother and weekly contact with me and my sisters. I was not expecting such an improvement after a not-so-good experience with the former organization but Grane delivered way above expectations.

Every staff person at Grane that I interacted with was exceptional. Their kindness to both of my parents receiving services and in keeping me and my sister informed was heartfelt. I am very grateful and would highly recommend to any family facing the need for hospice.

I was very pleased with the level of service and care provided. I knew nothing about hospice care and was told by friends that a lack of communication was something to be concerned about. The first person I spoke to with Grane was very thorough about what I should expect. The communication was always excellent. Any time any care was given, I was notified. It allowed me to really understand my mother’s situation and what I should expect. What impressed me the most was the level of respect, compassion and empathy shown. The last month of my mom’s life was eased and she and I were given the chance to say goodbye peacefully. So grateful for the people at Grane. Would recommend wholeheartedly! Thank you so much!
