Byron Davis, my husband, had excellent care at Twin Oaks this past year. The staff are friendly and caring. The facility is clean and activities are varied. Byron ate all meals at the dining room where he enjoyed the friendly staff and peers. Byron needed significant assistance while at the facility and staff were always cheerful as they helped. I highly recommend Twin Oaks Assisted Living for anyone needing care for a loved one.

I would recommend Twin Oaks to anyone who is looking to find a home for their loved one. My mother was a resident there from March 2023 until she passed in September 2024. Mr. & Mrs. Kim have created a wonderful community and the caregivers they have on staff make the community that much more wonderful. Some places I toured before deciding on Twin Oaks felt so cold and sterile; that is definitely not the case with Twin Oaks. You walk into the building and there is such a welcoming and warm environment, it ceases being a building and really does feel like home. The caregivers at Twin Oaks truly care about all of the residents and treat them like they are their own family member; that care also extends to residents’ families as I can attest to as I spent the last days/weeks of my mother’s life there as an honorary resident. While their primary focus was on my mother, where it most definitely was needed, they also made sure that I was taken care of. Words can never truly convey the immense gratitude I have for everyone at Twin Oaks. You made the last year and a half of my mother’s life comfortable and as free of worry as possible.

Twin Oaks Assisted Living Center is the best choice we made when it became necessary for our mother to receive additional help as she lives the twilight years of her precious life. First of all, the management team is incredible. They are on top of everything. They return calls, messages, and address concerns. They are responsible, reliable, and very friendly and personable, not just with the residents but the families as well. They provide so many fun activities for the residents throughout the years. The dining experience is awesome. The dining room itself is lovely and a special dining room is available if your family wants to have a special dinner party or whatnot. The chef and staff do an outstanding job with the meals and everything is delicious. There is always “around the clock care” if the resident needs any help, even with the littlest things. And the service is always done with a smile and kind word. The staff cleans mother’s rooms weekly and things are always spic and span. Mr. and Mrs. Kim are a dream. They definitely understand how to present, care, and run a tip-top facility. They genuinely love their residents and live the full term of hospitality completely. If care centers could win the Pineapple Award they would certainly be first place. The Kim’s have a special way about them that exudes compassion and love to each and every resident. From the beginning they made my mother feel special and loved. That goes for Amy and Matt too. Amy and Matt are incredible and very kind and thorough. They leave no stone unturned and always follow through. Their new receptionist Miss Steph, also goes the extra mile with this love and help. Finally, the facility is like the Ritz Carlton of care facilities. The home is beautifully appointed. They have a huge activities room with a gorgeous piano for lovely music. Miss Stacy is absolutely incredible and never skimps on fun activities and presentation, oh my! Boy, does she work so hard to bring fun to the residents to brighten their lives with games, weekly flower bouquets, shopping, and other activities. She definitely goes the extra mile as well as the rest of the staff including the CNAs. They always celebrate all of the holidays and have fun treats and delicious food, thanks to the amazing chef and his staff. and Mr. Kim is quite the gardener. He always has the patio in full bloom starting in the spring through the fall. It is fun to watch his tomatoes grow amongst the gorgeous flowers. The car shows and barbecues are always fun and festive. Mrs Kim changes the front room/lobby/common area out throughout the seasons with gorgeous welcoming decor and the fireplace adds such a warmth. The artwork her friend has provided throughout the center is stunning. I highly recommend Twin Oaks as a lovely home for your beloved loved one when this special season in life approaches. It is a perfect choice that leaves everyone feeling loved, comfort, and peace. Julie

What an amazing community! It’s brand new, but you can tell they have experience in caring for seniors. There are so many details that have been taken into consideration to create a bright, pleasant environment for living and care. The place looks amazing, and I recommend anyone considering assisted living request a tour with Hope. She was kind, considerate, and answered all of our questions.
