Although we decided on a very short planning period, the service took place during the week of the Christmas holiday, Erika and the entire staff was readily available for us, displayed genuine compassion and were professional throughout the entire process. Their accommodations were also very warm and inviting, creating a wonderful atmosphere for family and friends to gather, share their personal stories and to pay their respects to our loving mother.
