Our loved one passed in Webb County, we are not from there so we had to just choose this place of the internet. Once they got our money, they stopped answering the phone and we never recieved the 5 death certificates we paid $35 each for. Not the experience you want when dealing with the death of a loved one.

I just lost my mom a few days ago and Mary and her team were the most caring, considerate, and comforting people to be around. Their tact and sensitivity was beyond words. I’m SO thankful that I was able to stumble upon Aguero Funeral Home. I’ll forever be thankful for this team and the way they helped me to have closure and took care of me and my family during this incredibly difficult time.

I cannot even begin to express how much help the staff at Aguero Funeral Home has been the last few days. We were coming into a town that we knew nothing about to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. We were referred to Aguero by someone, once we called Mario he and his staff made the process as best as it could be when you are mourning a loved one. Victoria in the office is steller, she is smart, full of compassion, yet tenacious when it comes to the insurance companies. Which is the last thing anyone wants to deal with in your fog of grief. Thank you again for all the help, direction and patience you had for me and my family.

Mr. Mario and his Staff are outstanding !!! They don't sell you packages, they help you in the the hardest time in your life. They are so understanding and caring. I'm so grateful to have put my mom in their hands. The makeup on my mom was outstanding !! more than perfect and so beautiful just like she was. Every detail was perfectly taken care of and they made sure you were content with everything before the service. They are amazing !!
