This woman is so incredibly rude. I don't understand how she is in this line of work. It seems like she hates people.

I have never experienced such horrendous service in my life. Environment looks run down with plants dying and stones dusty. The smell of smoke / cigarette lingers here.

Billings Monument did an amazing job. My wife ordered a large, custom headstone in the midst of the pandemic. The sisters were extraordinarily patient as the family went through multiple proofs and subtle changes. Their suggestions and input helped us to choose and lay out a beautiful monument. We could not be more pleased.
They were very upfront on costs, timeframes and policies. We were there when the crew installed the stone in the cemetery, the crew took the time to help the caretaker level out a few graves that had. settled. From start to finish, Billings Monument came through. Thanks.

Rude people are rude. I started to pay on a headstone. I have not been about to make payments since I lost my job. I asked for a refund the lady was very rude. She told me I don't ....you dont get a refund you signed a contract so you just make good on it and no I did not sign a contract and they did not tell me no refunds. They told me that they dont make anything until your done paying for everything. I would never suggest this place to anyone ever. Its called customer service you obviously dont have any good service at all. If you would have say no refunds I would never have giving you my money. THEY SURE SMILE WHEN THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY

These people are amazing! So so pleased with them. They are truly here to please. We had a fairly complicated monument and it took quite a bit of puzzling but I never even caught a hint of frustration from them in our decision making process. Can't speak highly enough of them!
