Our experience was wonderful. Marlene, who worked with us on choosing and designing the stone was very supportive. She was the right mixture of listening, asking and offering suggestions. She listened as we told her lots of stories and never tried to hurry us up or insert her own ideas. In many ways the whole process became more of a healing experience than a difficult one. I can truly recommend this company.
