I picked up a corsage and boutonniere at 11:30 for 3:00 pictures. The corsage's main flower had a petal that was dented and fading. I went back in to ask about it and was told they could "cut it off". Um, we can do that at home. It would look even sadder then. I know orchids are delicate but it came damaged. Not what I expect for $45!

First rate service over the phone. The person who received the arrangement sent a picture. She got exactly what I asked for, a truly beautiful bouquet delivered on time. She was so pleased.

Very much appreciated the quick, same-day delivery but what was delivered was quite different from what I ordered. Expected a bit more for the $95, and based on the website photo. Flowers were droopy and not as many as expected.

I placed an online order with Grand Avenue Florist on 10/06/25 for a large, floral, centerpiece bouquet for a very special relative. My requested delivery date was 10/10/25. I've not done business with Grand Avenue before, nor have I received any feedback concerning their work or abilities. After visiting their website, I felt confident they were the right Florist for me. They delivered midday on October 10, as I had requested. [Photo is attached...] What a beautiful centerpiece! I love the florist's work, the selection of flowers, and their overall arrangement. The receiving party absolutely LOVES the bouquet! I'm not sure, but their camera's flash may not have worked correctly, but the photo is still good. Grand Avenue Florist, you did a top shelf job! I'm now one of your Portland customers.
