Flowers By Donna

I was gifted an arrangement from Flowers by Donna from a friend several years ago. They were beautiful and lasted forever. This past week, my dear friend’s grandmother passed away. I remember Flowers by Donna and placed an online order. I called the store to ask about customization as my friend’s grandmother was Scottish, so it was important to honor that. The woman in the phone was helpful and kind in answering my questions. The arrangement was delivered today, beautiful and had a tartan ribbon wrapped around the vase. My friend and her family were grateful for the flowers. Thank you for not only providing your service but making it special during a difficult time.

I was disappointed by the flower arrangement that was sent by “Flowers by Donna”. I thought it would be brighter with color. Maybe I should have specified please add lots of COLOR. I lost my uncle and wanted to send an arrangement that would brighten up my cousin’s day and I didn’t feel this floral arrangement did that. I would like to say thank you for being friendly and courteous at the time of the call.

The birthday bouquet was delivered timely and is absolutely gorgeous, loaded with Stargazer Lillies and red roses. 🌹 I have been using Flowers by Donna for over 40 years and I believe this most recent bouquet is the best yet! 💐💕

I've been ordering flowers here a few times now, not often but a few times, they are exceptionall in customer service, promptness and beautiful care with their flowers/plants/arrangements! This last arrangement was delivered to a very close friend who turned to a beautiful age, and this friend asked me: "what did I do to deserve this", so , yes, "Flowers by Donna" , highly recommend!

I sent my mom surprise flowers after she’d had a scary hospital stay & was able to return home. Let me tell you this arraignment was even more incredible in real like than the pictures on the website. Every flower was in the perfect stage of bloom, places so perfectly together, and just so eye catching that my mom sent me so many pictures of it all over her house because it looked “better” in each new place she moved it to. I am SO glad I chose Flowers By Donna to send flowers to my mom, who I live far away from and miss so much. This really meant a lot to her - to have not just flowers but “GORGEOUS” flowers. I’ve included screenshots of her comments. She had to ask in a group text my other siblings who sent it because I sent it with a not saying “WE” instead of “I” love you, to include all of us that love her.
