When my grandmother passed away, we were lost on what to do, there were many things to consider. we wished to burry my grandmother in our country and Monarch Memorial made the process easy for our family, not only did they take care of all the logistics and paperwork but also gave my family time to say goodbye to her, every single one of my family members was able to express our gratitude for everything she did while she was alive. We are all incredibly grateful to Monarch Memorial and we are especially grateful to Damian Cisneros. He showed a level of professionalism, warmth and dedication to ensuring that not only we could say goodbye to my grandmother but also that she was well taken care of while transporting her to our country.
