I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others are aware. I was contacted on Tuesday and told my father’s remains would be ready for pickup at the Sanger office on Wednesday between 11am–2pm. I arranged transportation and made the nearly hour-long drive, only to be told upon arrival that my father was not there and that I was not even on the schedule. The staff member present was kind and apologetic, and after attempting multiple calls to the main office with no answer, I was assured my father’s remains would be delivered to my home the following day. It is now the following day, since that promise, and I have received no communication, no update, and no explanation as to where my father is. Losing a parent is already incredibly difficult. Not knowing where their remains are—and being met with silence from the very people entrusted with their care—is deeply distressing and unacceptable. I am sharing this not out of anger, but out of concern for others who may trust this service during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. At minimum, families deserve clear communication, accountability, and basic follow-through. I sincerely hope this situation is resolved quickly and that no other family has to experience this level of uncertainty.

I’m so blessed to have Angels Cremation handle my mom’s cremation process. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and they care about their clients and family of their loved ones. Everything was fast , and smooth. The person who helped us (Brenda) answered all the questions we had, and she cared deeply I will always be grateful for them and even after my moms passing they still checked in 4 months after to see how we are doing a simple text can come along way. Angels Cremation Service was recommended by a friend who recently lost her mother, so I decided to use them when my mom passed away in September. I cannot say enough good things about them! Brenda was kind, sincere, and compassionate. She answered all my questions with patience and empathy. My mom's cremains and the death certificates were ready much sooner than anticipated. The facility is beautiful--very clean, fresh, and gives the impression that the proprietors feel a great sense of respect and dignity toward the families who trust them to care for their loved ones. Everything about the Crematorium is great. I was treated with gentleness and respect after the unexpected passing of my Mom. Their communication is excellent. Whenever I called or emailed, I got a response very quickly. Their prices are very reasonable and they do not try to upsell. They also do their work in a very timely manner. I appreciate them for making this difficult time much easier.
