I cannot thank the staff at the funeral home enough for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed me while planning my mother’s funeral. Losing my mom has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, and during a time when I felt overwhelmed and heartbroken, they helped guide me through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and genuine care. They answered my many questions, eased my worries, and made an incredibly difficult time a little easier to navigate. I especially want to recognize Michael, who assisted me throughout the process. His kindness, professionalism, and compassion made such a difference during one of the most difficult times in my life. While Michael was my primary point of contact, every member of the staff was caring, supportive, and treated my family with genuine respect. Most importantly, they treated my mother with such dignity and helped create a beautiful service that truly honored her life. What may be part of their everyday work was one of the most important days of my life, and their kindness will never be forgotten. I will always be grateful for the care they showed me and my family during such a difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing compassionate, professional, and heartfelt care during one of life’s most difficult moments.

Palm Mortuary on Eastern has the most amazing staff and service. We used them for my father with no preparation on our part and are now using to set up something in advance for another family member. Celena and Shadow were so kind and helpful with my dad. I am now working with Shadow and Dora. They are some of the sweetest most caring people I have met. They are certainly in the right profession. Staff is very kind and passionate. Megan was very helpful and patient while guiding us through the process making it less overwhelming. Helen was so very kinda helping with the arrangement of picking up our loved one. This is a process no one wants to deal with, but Palms staff did it with patients, respect and dignity.

During one of the most difficult and unexpected times in our lives—the passing of my eldest brother, John—Palm Eastern Mortuary provided a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that truly made a meaningful difference for our family. From the very beginning, our main contact, Gladys, was nothing short of a godsend. She handled our family with such care, empathy, and a level of respect you wouldn’t expect from a large organization. Palm is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her—people like Gladys are rare. Her attention to detail, sense of urgency, and constant availability for any updates or changes gave us peace of mind during an incredibly overwhelming time. One of the most meaningful moments for our family was being able to have our father disinterred from Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery and brought to his new resting place within 48 hours—just in time for John’s service. Because of Gladys, our father was able to be laid to rest alongside his son. That meant everything to us, and it would not have been possible without her dedication and compassion. When we walked the grounds, were given time without any pressure to immediately sign, and were shown the many thoughtful options available, everything changed. The variety of designs, photos, artwork, cultural considerations, headstone styles, fonts, and beautiful color options truly allowed us to create something deeply personal. We ultimately chose to move forward with a custom design inspired by our mother, who has endured unimaginable loss—first losing her partner of 52 years, and then, just ten months later, the sudden passing of their firstborn son at only 51 years old. Using her natural gift for art and vision, she began with a simple poster board from Michaels. She shared her ideas with Gladys, and together they brought it to life—creating a one-of-a-kind, truly remarkable and meaningful family headstone that will stand as our final family home. Because of this experience and the level of care we received, my mother, my younger brother, and I didn’t hesitate to begin pre-planning our own final arrangements with Palm Eastern. That speaks volumes about the trust and comfort Gladys and her team provided us. I also want to recognize the grounds staff. The level of upkeep, attention, and respect they show to every individual resting there does not go unnoticed. Every time we visit, the grounds are clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. You can tell there is a consistent, quiet dedication to honoring every family member laid to rest there. We are deeply grateful to Gladys and the entire team at Palm Eastern Mortuary. I would highly recommend them to any family in need of compassionate, thoughtful, and truly exceptional care during a time of loss.

I want to say thank you to Naomi for making it such a smooth process through all my decisions I had to make, as she was very pleasant to my husband and I.
