Ask for Olivia and her team. We have a number of family members who are buried here, most recently our mother. Olivia stayed late, came early, offered to help decorate the hall, and was just so sweet and attentive to all our needs. She responded in a timely manner to our text messages (my sister and I were both constantly messaging her), was always offering multiple solutions for issues we had, and was incredibly sensitive to our religious as well as cultural beliefs. I can't say enough great things about her and her team for making my moms day run seamlessly. We are so so grateful for not only making our mom look beautiful, but all the work you put in that made saying goodbye so beautiful. It made such a difference and we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

No one ever wants to have to think about planning a funeral or burial service for a loved one but sadly my life brought me to Green Acres to plan one for my mother. I am beyond impressed by their entire staff and especially Alyssa. She helped us through the entire process from picking out the casket to helping load flowers into our car after the ceremony. She answered our questions in the most empathetic manner and made the entire process seamless. I am beyond impressed and know my mom is in good hands!

I met with Todd Dobbs, one of the Family Support Sales staff in April 2025. I was seeking a niche for my mother's urn and my pre-need burial arrangements for my direct cremation and my urn. I needed to research the costs, and how to go about making a burial selection before I needed one. I have no family. The grounds are very attractive and well-kept. Todd showed me a companion burial plot near the main entrance, the only entrance, for another option. Just west of the pond area, but too close to Hayden Road. The columbaria wall of niches and crypts at the back of the property were much quieter, along McKellips Road, which was what I desired. There were two beautiful mosaics of the Superstition Mountains in the wall. My two wood urns wouldn't fit into one niche, by measurement, so Todd suggested two niches, side by side. Double costs were adding up to be very expensive. $15,000, plus I still had the cost of my upgraded wood urn. Too expensive, but I saw this through. The problem was that their niches aren't standard sized. I was told 11" square, which is hard to replicate myself. But then he further stated they are 10 3/4" x 10 3/4" x 10 3/4", impossible to replicate in advance. I had made two visits to discuss my options by this point. The process really helped me. Todd was very patient, and spent a few hours of time with me. I requested that Todd create a line item cost sheet as I had to pay everything up front. I have no family to do this after I am decreased. I wanted no hidden costs whatsoever. I had asked why they didn't have a container tool to display the physical size, especially since they have a huge columbaria. This made no sense whatsoever. My concern was if I purchased two niches that didn't work for me, I would be stuck with them. I would have to sell them myself, online at a large discount. Todd invited me to come back for a third visit to pre-measure the niches to verify. But he informed me that my request was "out of the ordinary". Yes, my pre-need burial arrangements are very much out of the ordinary for me as well. But I was grateful to be cautious and asked many questions first. I could tell that they weren't used to aware consumers being so conscientious, ones that weren't grieving and in shock. $15,000 is a great deal of money to be dis-sastisfied. In conclusion, I decided not to go for the third visit. This was too great of a financial risk to not feel confident in moving forward. There were no do-overs here. I did find another cemetary that was better suited for my pre-need burial arrangements and for my deceased mother's urn together. Laurie S South Scottsdale/Tempe

Been visiting my grandma here for years, and now, mom is right beside her! Staff was polite, considerate, and acted with grace when laying my mother to rest recently! The garden is pretty and it is a peaceful place! See you soon!

After losing my husband suddenly, I had to handle so many arrangements. I contacted Green Acres and they guided us through making these hard and unexpected decisions. We were met with compassionate staff from the very beginning and they maintained contact throughout all the planning. The celebration of life was absolutely amazing and so much care and attention to detail went into the displays. It was such a beautiful send-off for my sweet Ryan.
