At first I loved this company, but as moms health was declining my daughter & I could never get ahold of her nurse. She said her phone was broke?! Ummm what? You’re a hospice nurse. Really? We wanted to know how much morphine to administer. We were scared, sad & had no clue how much morphine, and yet couldn’t get ahold of her nurse. Thank GOD the male nurse that was on call the night my mom passed was awesome! If I could do it all over I would go with another company.

This agency was wonderful during my mother's last days. They were there for me, as much as her. Even though she was sedated, they talked to her and explained what they were doing. The Hospital was very aggressive about discharging my mother, while she was actively dying, back to the nursing home. The hospice nurse put a stop to that and to them pressuring me to do so. I cannot thank them enough

They took good care of my husband passed. When he did passed away 1 year ago they send information on grievance to me.

Everyone there is great Ms.Shannon & Ms.Deb also made sure mom was doing good we love everybody there
